I spent nearly 10 years reporting stories in multiple beats across three states at several publications, including Vermont Public (Radio), the Columbia Missourian and Little Village Magazine.

As a digital producer with reporting and design background, I was able to learn documentary photography over the past two years. I’ve photographed protests, politicians and even a total solar eclipse.

I spent four years designing for print and digital newspapers and magazines, social media accounts and even brand management companies, as while as acting as a teaching assistant in design.

I’ve been an editor at three different publications and have spent many years fact checking and copy editing. As a producer I also: created graphics, mixed audio and wrote newsletters, for starters.
